"Showed up after a late flight and room was not available. Someone did answer the phone when I called which was appreciated. Some advanced notification would have been helpful. It left us without a room after a late flight. The location did not match the Expedia photos. The address was in a run down part of town with no signage."

"DO NOT STAY HERE.....BEWARE.. PLACE IS A HOSTEL....SHARED BATHROOMS? I booked on Expedia flying into Anchorage in a hurry (my fault) and did not see where it said shared bathrooms... I had no idea that was even possible.. The room was tiny! The beds were singles (Tiny). We chose not to stay and share a bathroom with strangers and booked elsewhere that had a full size bed and a private bathroom. The management would not refund $1.00 of the over $225 that I paid and did not use... THIS PLACE IS...

"The check in process was easy. Helpful staff shared the laundry opportunity, even gave me quarters. The shared bathroom and shower were very clean. What was unexpected and disappointing were the bed bugs. I reached out to the management and their response was dismissive, at best. I want to support local businesses and was very excited to do so. But if they can’t assure we don’t walk away with a bigger problem then I’m sorry to say I’m going to be honest in my review."

"Check in was a mess. Arrived at 3pm and room was clean. Check-in was 4pm.Tried to check in and was told (by phone call - nobody on staff present at hotel) that there would be a $30 charge. I refused and they relented. Room was small but hotel is well located. Coffee shop downstairs was nice. Did not clean room each day and could not get extra towels. Overall, just OK."

"After reaching the room was too hot and AC was not working at all. Even opening the window did not cool down the room enough to have a sound sleep. There was no one in the reception to address the concern."

"Nice, clean updated property. The staff were friendly and we used the shuttle multiple times and it was always on time and had great communication for pick-up and drop-off. Bed were comfy, showers had good pressure and were hot. We only stayed for a night prior to our flight out, so can't speak for how convenient it is for doing tourist-y things in Anchorage."
