"The rooms were pretty decent on cleanliness, the beds in first room were horrible a big dip in bed and you could feel the coils. AC in room not working as well and the main entrance door you would have to push your body into the door to open it after inserting the key so a fire hazard. The elevators kept breaking down, housekeepers were pretty friendly and accommodating."

"The staff was very helpful and there were many useful features for the rooms. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service the entire week we were there, in a 3rd floor room. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. We also noted one of the bedroom doors stuck and would not close all the way. The dresser drawers similarly had issues and did not open/close all the way. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the week in the DC area, and we would stay again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful but the room had a foul smell and something that looked like a fan was running when I got to the room. Seemed like they knew about the scent and left the fan to try taking it away. Also, the bed was a little shaky when you moved. I only needed to be there for a few hours so I didnt complain to the receptionist."

"First of all the room was dirty and the remote control was disgusting to touch. The staff never came to any of the rooms to give clean towels or anything. Breakfast terrible and the coffee disgusting. The kitchen is terrible. The place smells like dog feces and cat and dog urine horrible smell.I wouldn't recommend anyone giving them any money. Dog poop by the elevators and has been there for two weeks. They don't mop any of the floors or vacuum the carpets in the hallway or mop in the elevators....

"Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay"

"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."

"Perfect for my event that I had for National Harbor. Quiet, Clean, accessible and so convenient that there are stores below to grab coffee, food and some light grocery shopping at Aldi. Check in process a bit confusing with the various messages from a service. I couldn't locate where to get the key, but once I did, it was smooth sailing. Check out easy."
