"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!"

"Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. "

" Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The interior of the hotel was perfectly fine and well-maintained, but the first impression was a bit rough. There were several construction areas flanking both sides of the entrance, which made the exterior look quite cluttered and not very visually appealing.
