"This place was not clean. Read through the reviews and believe them. The floor was sticky, corner floors had dirt. The shower was gross and curtain was dirty. We also seen a small little friend run across the bathroom floor. They also charge a cash deposit and $30/hr to check in early. I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"Nice staff, free parking and breakfast. Parking easy. Walk to downtown disney 15 min. Clean rooms. I did use earplugs at night, could hear neighbors, but nothing too bad. "

"We come to Anaheim at least once a year and this is our third time staying here. We love the friendly staff, clean pool and spa, and the Denny’s vouchers are our favorite!! It was extremely busy this go around so a bit on the noisy end, but not much they can do about that. Had issues with our AC the first night, but ended up working fine the rest of the time we were there. "

"No parking at night time I had to park illegally my guest I had were harassed by staff about parking and they weren’t even at my room for an hour I was told they had to pay $35 to park in the parking lot but yet at night time I had no place to park and I paid for a room for the weekend I was very upset check out time 11am I called and told the office late check out the room cleaner lady came knocking at my door at 1130am saying check out"

"This is a fantastic hotel with a large and updated room and a great breakfast everyday. We even had a fireworks view! The hotel location is great for the bus to the theme parks. The jacuzzi and pool are large and there is also a kids' pool. The elevators are quick and there is never a wait. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a water fountain near the gym and one next to the jacuzzi outside. However, there is no water at breakfast and there really should be a water bottle filler in...

"Lobby, bar, and reception was nice. Noise went on late from the convention center. Parking was expensive for valet or self park with no choice but to pay, consider this extra expense when booking. "

"Spacious room. Safe location. Near lota of restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is a good 10 minute walk from toy story parking lot. You can walk to Toy Story parking lot and take shuttle to Disneyland."
