"Very clean hotel and was within walking distance to everything!"

"The amenities of the Pool, are not what the pictures are. Pool is super small, like for Kids, and Pool deck area as well. Decided to not get in and just go walk instead of having a pool day. Location thou is great! highly recommended. Is right on the strip were you can walk any direction and is close to all the restaurants and the Heart of Downtown Greenville."

"We arrived and unfortunately they had a nationwide computer outage. We were ok with that, but then they sent us to two rooms already occupied before finally going to check first on a third room. The room was very clean, but the layout sinks. They put the bed and couch opposite each other and the TV on a cabinet on a sidewall. The TV swiveled, but because it was in a skinny cabinet next to a wall it could only be swiveled to sit 30° and you had to look at an angle to view it which caused a bit...

"Upon arrival the elevators were not working. We had to carry luggage up 6 flights to our room. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the elevators were still not working. The next day we were already ready for bed around 8:30 when the fire alarm caused the entire building to evacuate. I was not offered any accommodation for these interruptions to adequate service. I will not be willing to trust Hyatt hotels again."

"I will start off by saying that our stay was decent and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there July 31-August 2, our room was on the 9th floor, and our air conditioning was broken, needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. The first night maintenance was called to our room and the lady was not interested in looking at it. She barely walked in our room and said that a lot of rooms have air conditioning that is broken. "My two-night stay was an average one, but I expected more from the room and the hotel staff. In my room, the carpet was torn at the bathroom door. I could tell that a repair attempt was made but the 6" long tear was still noticeable. In the shower, the hooks on the shower curtain were all unhooked, which allowed the shower curtain to come loose from two of the points of attachment. "My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Location and set-up were just what we needed for our anniversary trip with family. From registration staff to house-keeping staff all employees we interacted with were friendly and proactive in caring for us. Will have to return to experience the rooftop. Made-to-order omelettes were really a nice touch. Happy hour a plus. Loved the size of our room. Nice view of downtown from the pool area."

"This location was beautiful...we had the Friday on Main block party and Saturday Farmers market a drug store and a zillion restaurants and boutiques almost right outside the door. I am a walker and the walk to the museums, parks and river trails was very manageable. There are public restrooms and beautiful sights right in town. No need for a car rental. The restaurant in the hotel (The Roost) was excellent and very accommodating."

"Arrived for check in late. Walked in to a quiet hotel. Great elevator and clean quiet room. Comfy bed. And a nice big television to watch. Will definitely stay again soon."
