"No hot water in the room called front desk who transferred me to maintenance who then hung the phone up on me so still no hot water"

"The whole place was filthy. No conditioner left in the shower, just an empty bottle. Toilet wasn’t cleaned before we got there. Sheets had stains. Carpet was filthy, definitely not vacuumed before we came in. Dust all over the room. Hallway stunk like weed, and it led into the rooms. Front desk staff seemed bothered when we were asking questions. Will never stay here again."

"Parking was easy to access and seemingly secure. Hotel lobby is tiny with below grade furniture. (We were there with a group, so that was less awesome.) Check-in/check-out desk was convenient. Breakfast was very nice, clean, and what was to be expected. Carpets were very old, very worn, and maybe not clean (hard to tell cleanliness due to age). "My room was clean staff was super friendly but the washer on the second floor didn't work. I booked at this hotel because they had washers and dryers so I could keep a clean uniform. Other than that my stay was great."

"People should be told at check-in that if they are staying multiple nights the rooms will not be cleaned cept for every other night. At least the towels should be changed daily. Ice maker on my floor was broken. Front desk and coffee service staff were top notch"

"Wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in to check out, the staff was amazing! The property could use a little sprucing up, but it was very clean. Used the salt sanctuary, relaxing, but not sure of the benefits for a one time use 😁 it was reasonable if your staying at Traditions, and something to try if you have some down time.
