The Home
Built in 2017 in Eagle Crest's Desert Sky neighborhood, the layout gives every member of your group room to breathe. The great room anchors the home with vaulted ceilings, warm wood floors, a gas fireplace with stone surround, and a 65" Samsung HDTV with Roku streaming and a Yamaha soundbar. The kitchen earns the word gourmet: a KitchenAid gas range with steam oven, Blendtec blender, granite countertops, custom Alder cabinetry, and everything you need to cook a real meal. The dining table seats six or more, and the private patio just off the great room (featuring outdoor dining table, gas grill, and peaceful views of the green space behind the home) is where mornings tend to start and evenings linger.

The main-floor primary suite has a Simmons Beautyrest king bed, room darkening shades, and an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and heated tile floors – ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers no stairs. Upstairs, two queen rooms share a full bath with dual-sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The skylight-lit loft between them has its own TV, games, and a queen sofa bed – a natural kids' hangout that works equally well as overflow sleeping or a quiet reading nook. Every stay includes six resort guest passes, giving your group access to the year-round indoor pool and hot tub, seasonal outdoor pools, hot tubs, and kids' splash park, fitness centers at three locations, and indoor and outdoor pickleball, tennis, basketball, and racquetball courts. Passes also include owner rates at the Resort Golf Course, one of three championship 18-hole courses on site.
