"The bed in our room needs to be replaced. The springs were poking through the top of the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, we had very few room choices and yet it was obvious that the hotel was far from being filled to capacity. We did not need a handicapped accessible room, but that was the only choice Expedia gave us. The last couple of times we have used Expedia we have had problems with room choices."

"I liked that it was close to the Redmond Town Square and 60 Acres Fields. Our room had zero toiletries, the refrigeraytor was warm, the floor was dirty and the soaps in the shower were empty. Parking and Wi-Fi were also expensive. I emailed 2 different people 4 separate times with a question with ZERO response!!"

"A good location: quiet, safe. The property has a modern design flair and very clean, with adequate amenities. The communication with owners was effective and timely. I would recommend placing thicker curtains for the first floor windows so that whoever sleeps at the sofa bed can enjoy darker sleep"

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"The weekend breakfast was great! Weekday breakfast was not in heated containers so those were cold. Granddaughters loved the mini waffle maker! The rooms were amazing in appointment and cleaning. One star dropped because none of the game room equipment worked well or at all. The pool was used a lot by us. The employees are incredibly responsive and kind."
