"The shower was great and the bed was okay. We got a room with a hot tub and brown scum was floating in it. The floors had crumbs all over it and the room was dusty. The people above us were so noisy that I was exhausted the next day. They decided to fill their hot tub at 11 pm so our room was vibrating. ..."

"We didn’t have any complaints with our stay. Everything was relatively clean. Breakfast was good. We did have an issue at check-in with our room key not working but staff was quick to work through the issue. It appeared that we weren’t the only customers with room key issues."
