You'll also have the option for two smart T.V.s when the party can't agree on what movie to watch. One is located in the bonus room.

We included some extra toys, books, and colors when the kidoes need a little extra play and adults need a little extra relaxation.

Please note, there is a basement apartment. The long term tenant is a very kind and respectful retired gentleman who keeps to himself and doesn't mind noise. Though he is quiet, there is always potential for apartment like noise.
