Great host, easy to communicate with. The rooms were great the place was clean and we were very happy staying there for the weekend.

The house is clean and location is good. Host is responding request quickly. Home has washer and dryer which is super convenient. Small things here and there such as one of the TVs was missing remote control and the house AC was kind of on and off and not stable, it was cold at night because the AC was off unexpectedly. Overall it's a good experience.

We had to buy batteries for one of the tv remotes, and we didn’t have enough dishwasher soap to run the last load of dishes.Plus it would be nice to have someplace to put luggage on in the bedrooms.But we enjoyed our stay,Thank you!

Nice house, could be better experience

We have stayed in 40 vrbo's over the years, and this one was below the average in experience. Communication with owner was subpar. My message went 12 hours without a response and then I had to message again. That feels unacceptable when hosting. We didn't have enough paper towels or toilet paper for our stay, and never had a kitchen sponge. Reached out about those things, and the response was to check the locked storage in garage, which had paper towels and toilet paper but no sponges. Didn't bother reaching out again, made due with a washcloth. Nothing is labeled or easy to find. The garage remote was found by accident in the back of a kitchen drawer. Feels like that should be left on table for easy use when arriving. Kitchen towels are nowhere to be found in kitchen, instead they are in a closet in the back of the house. This place is not cheap, and yet it feels like we are bothering the host when asking about things. The hosts that make everything available and easy to find, and communicate well are the ones that get 5 stars. This one needs improvement. House and neighborhood are nice.

Well appointed home in convenient location!

This home was very comfortable and had lots of extra features to make our stay a great one. It is close to Lassen Volcanic National Park and many other recreation sites to explore in the region. The only negative we encountered was that the air conditioning was not on when we arrived and it was hot! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wedding vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. The decor was beautiful! We were getting ideas for our house. We had one issue which this was a problem at a friend’s house and our own. The mattress on the queen bed droops in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. We found that the wood supports on the width of the bed frame were lacking, not strong enough or had broken, making the bottom mattress frame bow. Once this is repaired, I know the bed will be more comfortable. The top mattress is comfortable. Assuming the bed frame gets fixed, we would stay there again. The location was perfect!

Redding two week stay

The beds are worn out and have no support.Location is good proximity to groceries and restaurants. Extremely strong odor coming from fireplace so we kept the windows opened throughout the stay. There’s no outdoor furniture as advertised in the photos and in the description. We were on vacation and looked forward to dining alfresco. When asked the host she blew it off and said she wouldn't help us with that.

Great Place For Us

The home has been nicely refurbished and was very comfortable for we 4 fishermen. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood that provides easy access to restaurants and other nearby attractions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property in the future.

Clean and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed this nicely remodeled property. It was very clean, safe and a great location to explore the area. We also appreciated the garage. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Redding again and need a place to stay.

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay! Home was more than expected. This was a part of my birthday trip to see friends and family. I had a small gathering for my Bday and it was comfortable. Great location! Although nothing is far in Redding. Everything is within 10-15 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable

The home has a charming feel and great flow. Lots of windows. Its newly updated. The AC works well, its hot in Redding. Over sized garage can fit two cars. The kitchen is very large with lots of counter space. TV's in every room. The neighborhood is very quite and nice.

Great place to stay near Lassen NP!

We recently stayed here with our three kids to make a trip out to Lassen Volcanic National Park, and the location was perfect! It's a quick and easy 45 minute drive to the northwest entrance. The house was also very conveniently located by several grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and everything else you could possibly need. The inside of the house was immaculate and included everything we needed. There were tons of extra towels and linens, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, Tidy home in a central location from Mount Shasta and Mount Lassen

Check-in process was simple. Pet-friendly. Home was tidy and spacious with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 2 bathrooms. Presence of the washer and dryer was very helpful after hiking trips. Neighbors across the street introduced themselves. Overall 4.8/5!
