The main level is made for gathering, with an open living room, gas fireplace, and full kitchen flowing together. Upstairs, two private suites each have their own full bath and balcony, giving couples and small groups rare flexibility for a condo. Community amenities include two shared spas, a grilling and picnic area, and a playground.

Tenderfoot Retreat offers 2 full bathrooms and a convenient main-level half bath. Both suites have private ensuite baths with a tub and shower combination. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, plus community amenities including two shared spas, a grilling and picnic area, and a playground.

Self check-in is available via smart lock, and we send your personal code before arrival.

Parking is available in the community lot for up to two vehicles, first come, first served.

This is a two-story unit with exterior steps to enter. In winter conditions, roads in Red River can be snow-packed or icy, and 4WD/AWD may be helpful.

Valley Condominiums sits along Pioneer Creek, about a mile from downtown Red River and the Red River Ski & Summer Area. Summer festival venues, restaurants, and shops are within one to two miles, and the Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area is about five miles away. Red River is a walkable mountain town full of dining, live music, and year-round events.



Getting Around:

Downtown Red River and the ski and summer area are about a mile away, with festival venues one to two miles out and Enchanted Forest roughly five miles. The nearest airport, San Luis Valley Regional, is about 93 miles away, so most guests drive in. Once you have arrived and stocked up, much of town is an easy trip from the condo.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

No smoking, parties, or events.

This is a two-story unit with exterior entry steps and interior stairs; all bedrooms and full baths are upstairs.

There is no air conditioning; ceiling fans and Red River's mild mountain climate keep the condo comfortable, and heating is provided for cooler months.

The spas are shared community amenities.
