Riverbend 7 - Townhome 4 bedroom 3 bath Sleeps 11 on the River with Wifi



This 4 story townhome sits across from the river, boasting beautiful views of the mountain. The A unit sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the second floor, we have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The top floor has a loft with twin beds and a foosball table for your enjoyment. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite Tv as well as complimentary WiFi to ensure your stay is accommodating as possible. The living area is an open-concept and has a fireplace to keep you toasty during cool summer nights and sought after snowy winters.

This home has 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds to accommodate 8 guests. This home does not permit pets, so Fido has to stay home. The townhome has designated parking but is not sufficient for trailer parking.

Riverbend 7E - Townhome Efficiency sleeps 3 on the River with Wifi

This efficiency unit is connected to Riverbend 7A and can be rented together or separate. The home sits across the river with beautiful views of the mountain. The efficiency comes with a full bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size bed for two with a twin pull-out. Snuggle up to the fire in the morning or night and enjoy the views out the front window or enjoy the latest posts from Reservations Unlimited Facebook page as this unit comes with complimentary wifi. Not into Facebook or enjoying the views? Relax by the fire and watch a show on the flatscreen TV before your next Red River adventure begins. The home does come with a kitchenette in case you need to whip up a quick meal.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.



**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Decent for the price

We stayed here 3 days, 4 nights. Two adults and 6 teens. I brought food to cook breakfast and dinner everyday. Just a heads up the main kitchen is on the third floor. If you plan on cooking call ahead and make sure they fixed the oven and stove because neither worked while we where there and the one on the bottom floor in the kitchenette only halfway works. This was a nice place for a big group just plan on eating out everyday or bring all your own pots and pans. Parking is a mess. Place was mostly clean. No washer or dryer and they want you to go up town to swap out towels.

Family trip

Property needs upgraded floors and interior. Extremely poor flooring in dire need of repair on second and third floors and upgrading. If staying in lower unit you would not be able to sleep with others upstairs as the noise from the flooring would disrupt your stay. We rented the whole unit and still were displeased.
