Cozy Lazy Dog Cabin

Welcome to your peaceful resting place after an adventurous day in Red Lodge. The Lazy Dog cabin will make you feel at home with ultra comfortable beds, a large and well equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room perfect for the whole family to cozy up. Located 5 minutes from downtown and less than 5 minutes from the golf course.

Spacious, open layout and high ceilings with natural light throughout. Master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The master bedroom has a king size bed, queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses in the third bedroom. Two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Please note there are stairs to access the second level. Luxurious bedding, soft cozy blankets, a spacious living room with a fire place and 55” smart tv, and large high top dining table perfect for board games make the Lazy Dog cabin the perfect peaceful mountain getaway. There is something fun for everyone in your family here.

We have Bear Mace available for rent! Please message for more details. Bear Mace is recommended if you are hiking the Beartooth mountains.

Near the cabin there have been moose and bear sightings. Fox, deer, owls and bald eagles are more frequently spotted. Animal sightings are more frequent in the early hours around sunrise. Due to HOA rules, dogs are NOT allowed.

Cozy little cabin

Sufficient space for two couples. Cabin was clean enough except for the ceiling fan which was covered in furry dust. I was afraid to turn it on. Also the vent intakes were also dusty. The kitchen needed just a few more things. Baking dishes were lacking. We managed but choose to eat out mostly. The Internet was not working when we arrived. It all got worked out soon enough but it was a little frustrating. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was just what we were looking for. A little bit outside of town but not too far.

Annual family trip

Property was as pictured. The area is beautiful. Only issue I had was not knowing there were problems with the washer and dryer ahead of our stay. The cabin is cozy and has everything you will need. I would say it could use a few more towels for 4 people but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Modern cabin

A wonderful house with the feel of a cabin but with all the modern amenities. Beautiful views all around. We also liked the selection of games and books. Host was quick to respond to our requests and had an awesome restaurant recommendation!

Comfortable and Accommodating

The cabin was very nice, exactly as described. Communication with the owner was quick and complete. Our only minor issue was that the bed in the master was comically hard. Someone must love a firm mattress.

Happy campers

My family and I had a great time staying here in Red Lodge. The house was great! And the town was absolutely perfect for a relaxing get away. The house was well equipped for the most part, and beds were pretty comfortable. Only problem we had was with the lack of AC. I know it’s popular up there to not have an AC but coming from the south we like to sleep with it cold. It was bearable with a fan in the window, but couldn’t use both windows in the master because the sprinkler sprays into the window in the morning. Other than that, it was a great stay! Owner was very nice, and communicated very well. If you’re looking to stay around here, I definitely recommend this place!
