"Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again."

"We stayed 2/11-18/24 ..last minute bday trip.. Check-in w/ Te'Necqwa was quick and easy. She was welcoming & personable. This propery is amazing ..the 2bdrm/ 2bth villa was spacious & spotless, there was only 3 of us but the villa could sleep 7/8 comfortably. It came equipped with everything one could possibly need, from a well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances,pots pans, dishes, plenty of towels & bthrm paper products..Both bathrooms had showers and tubs w/the master room having a huge...

"Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology."

"We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home.
