"The hotel has certainly gone downhill and rooms feel like they need a really good clean or refit. Carpets in both the communal areas and in the rooms are stained. Mattress was like a brick and towels like cardboard. Queues at the bar and sullen bar staff. Have stayed a few times pre and post flights but won't return again."

"The property was excellent. The room was very well presented and very clean. It had a luxury feel to it. The aircon was a great addition during the recent heatwave. Using a code to enter the building and room was simple and easy. Parking available for each room. Local pub only 5 minutes walk away."

"The building works currently taking place in the hotel destroyed the experience as was woken up in the early hours of the morning to banging and drilling. No advance warning was given to guests which I thought was incredibly frustrating."

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"I stayed here for one night before an early morning flight, and unfortunately it was disappointing. The room felt more like a portacabin than a hotel room. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the overall build quality felt very cheap and plasticky. Even basic amenities were lacking; there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and you have to go to another floor if you want a hot drink, which is inconvenient.
