"Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done. Parking lot is small but very well maintained. "

The staff were all gracious and helpful; the room was exactly what we needed; we were close to the cathedral as well as the shops and restaurants. The Christmas dinner was delicious, and there was so much of it! We also loved the breakfasts every morning. Highly recommend. "

"You couldn't be more central (excellent location). Sanjeewa was wonderful - We thought we had an issue with our TV & he came up immediately to sort it (it was us, not the TV)! Breakfast was so good, continental but plenty of variety. Sanjeewa also allowed us to leave pur bags at the property, after check-out. Really can't rate this place highly enough, at the price we paid. Would recommend 💯"

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner.
