Mountain views in the small resort of Réallon at the foot of the slopes. Near Lake Serre Ponçon (20 min) in the Ecrins National Park.

Located in a quiet residence 200 meters from the center of Réallon’s snow front and its ski lifts, situated at an elevation of 1,560 meters.

The apartment is located at the starting point for hiking and snowshoeing trails, cross-country and downhill ski trails, a sledding area, and mountain bike trails.

The unit is a duplex of approximately 36 m² and is located in a wooden chalet.

The apartment consists of:

- A living room/kitchen on the first floor featuring a large balcony with a table and chairs, a sofa bed (140x190), and a TV; a kitchen equipped with an oven, electric stovetop, washing machine, large refrigerator, freezer, and storage space.

-An upper floor featuring a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.

-A second small bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)

You can store skis and mountain bikes on the large terrace.

The apartment’s south-facing orientation ensures plenty of sunlight and, above all, a beautiful view of the entire valley, the mountains, and the Réallon Fort from the terrace.

The apartment is equipped with: a TV in the living room, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a 33L oven, a 2-burner electric stovetop, a vacuum cleaner, a raclette machine, a Senseo coffee maker, and all necessary cleaning and kitchen supplies.

Bedding kit available
: €12 per bed, including a sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, towel, and dish towels.
Marité will welcome you to hand over the keys and conduct the walk-through.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

The cleaning fee is €50 (please leave the apartment in decent condition; otherwise, you will be charged an additional fee).

Upon arrival, there is a key box to gain access to the apartment. The code will be provided to you internally.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Pets are welcome, but please do not let them go upstairs or onto the beds or sofa.

The duplex is located in the “Résidence de Joubelle” (when arriving in Réallon, take the road on the right, not the one on the left toward the ski lifts).

The apartment is accessible via an outdoor staircase shared with chalets No. 7. This staircase is located in the central alleyway that separates the chalets. The entrance number is 7.5, at the far end of the walkway on the right-hand side facing the staircase.


Free parking spaces are available all around the residence.

The accommodations are located in Réallon in the “nature-rich” Hautes-Alpes department.
