New modern lake house in desirable Bayview Estates Association on Sebago Lake located on pristine Jordan Bay. A truly unique property and experience in the heart of Maine's Lake Region.

Beautiful and modern Sebago Lake retreat is a true family friendly paradise with a large, private association sand beach with picnic tables, large swim area with swim dock, boat dock for loading and unloading and paved boat launch. Boat mooring available upon request.

Relax on the large covered farmers porch or private back deck. Property features a bright open floor plan, quartz counters throughout, hardwood and tile flooring, beautiful nickel gap trim, stainless appliances and Weber gas grill. This home was meticulously built and newly furnished in late 2019. Property is located in the very desirable Bayview Estates Association. This quiet, family friendly lakeside neighborhood is perfect for walks, bike riding with kids or a leisurely sunset stroll.

One of the best private association sand beaches on Sebago Lake is just a short walk (3-4 min walk or less than 1 min drive) around the corner and provides a swimming area that is hard to beat with views into the best boating Sebago Lake has to offer on Jordan Bay. The private beach also has a paved boat launch if you are bringing or renting a boat. A boat mooring may be available depending on the week, please inquire. There are many protected coves and sandbars close to the beach perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. Parking for one car is allowed with a provided pass at the beach for bringing gear, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.

Property features four bedrooms including a large primary, two and a half tiled bathrooms, high speed wireless internet / streaming services and first floor laundry for your convenience. The four bedrooms include a king bed, two twin trundle beds, two twin bunk beds and two queen beds. All beds are brand new, super comfortable Casper mattresses. The available beds can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. The kitchen and living area open to a spacious and private back deck with a large private backyard perfect for family games and activities, evening fires with s’mores or just relaxing!

Sebago Lake offers over 42 miles of water to explore including rivers and boat locks leading to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Several local marina’s offer boat / jet ski / kayak / paddle board rentals that are all very close by.

Just a 5 -10 minute drive from the property you will find restaurants, ice cream, grocery stores, a movie theatre, mini-golf, go-karts, ropes course and much more.

We had a great time at the lake house. The space was perfect for cooking for a crowd, dining together, watching TV with plenty of space for 2 wild Indians to run around. Of course much time was spent at the lake, which in addition to the picnic tables and umbrellas, has perfect tree shade all day. (Suggest bringing water shoes). The lake also has its own eagles nest. We got to see the juveniles practice leaving the huge nest and flying around. The kitchen is well equipped. I even found a hand mixer to bake a cake for my grandson’s birthday! Could have used one large frying pan -is really my only suggestion for an addition. A great time was had by young, mid-30’s and the ancients!

Great family home!

This home was the perfect location for a summer family getaway. There is easy access to the beach, with toys and kayaks provided by the hosts. The home is clean and it was easy to maintain cleanliness with a washer/dryer and all the necessary cleaning supplies. The hosts also left a sweet care package with sidewalk chalk, books, and treats. We loved grilling and making smores over the fire. A great stay!

Incredible house!

We stayed here for a week with another family and we all had a blast! The house was impeccable, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and we can’t wait to come back next summer. The access to the private beach and lake is so special and it was a very special week! Highly recommend!

Everything you could need!

A great house in a great location! Everything was brand new and immaculate. The lake is just a two minute walk and has picnic tables and umbrellas and we were often the only family there to enjoy the beach! The house is beautifully designed with comfortable new furniture (so important - many vacation rentals have cheap and uncomfortable beds, sofas, etc. No so here!) and a well stocked kitchen. It was incredibly clean, which I am picky about so that is high praise. We loved the front porch and the adirondack chairs and spent most evenings there. Our group of 7 had a wonderful week! Ash (owner) was great to deal with from first contact through closeout.

Wonderful lake stay

From the moment we inquired about the property, the owners were amazing and this continued throughout our stay. They answered any questions we had about area, things to do, restaurants, house questions, boat rentals etc. the house is brand new and beautiful! The beds and linens are so cozy and the kitchen is amazing. High tech great WiFi. We loved the location of the house very close to water and also the main road which has tons of tings to do. Five stars!
