Kiri Anda Villa Phuket is a private seafront estate in Rawai designed for families, groups and special stays. The 1,111 m² villa has six spacious bedrooms, eight bathrooms and accommodates up to 12 overnight guests in six double beds. Enjoy a large private swimming pool, three jacuzzis, a 140-inch cinema, arcade and games area, a small bar, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with Netflix in every bedroom, and a striking 6,000-litre aquarium. The landscaped grounds include a floodlit sand court for beach volleyball or five-a-side football, an upper sea-view terrace and secure parking for up to eight cars inside the property. The villa sits approximately six metres above the seafront and is enclosed by a three-metre boundary wall for privacy. It is seafront, not beachfront. Events and celebrations are available only by separate quotation and agreement.

The booking is for the entire villa for exclusive use. Breakfast is not included in the accommodation rate. Electricity is not included and is charged separately at THB 7 per kWh, based on actual consumption measured by photographed meter readings at check-in and checkout. Electricity is payable at the property. A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 applies.
