"Unique cabin stay, amazing host and available laundry. Perfect!"

"This is a great little spot. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and very generous. A few things id not before booking. The bathroom is quite small, so if you want to change privately, it might be difficult to do so. They also didn't have shampoo or conditioner, but once I asked for some, the hosts were very accommodating - perhaps giving me some from their own bathroom! Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend!!"

"A good basic hotel for the price paid. Staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately stayed on a very warm evening and rooms had no aircon or fans available making sleeping almost impossible. Rooms pretty basic but clean and well maintained."

"The check-in was an indicator of how the stay would go. We were given room key and told it was straight down the corridor opposite the reception desk. It transpired that the room was almost at the furthest point one could be from the reception area and involved a number of changes of direction and finally a very steep and narrow staircase with literally no landing outside the room. "Staff were friendly. Facilities were a bit old without A/C in the room so had a slight musty odor in places."

"Everything was perfect apart I did had an issue the first night with the room being noisy but the staff was very understanding and moved us for our second night."

Fergal & Jen were great hosts providing recommendations for around the area and even had activities (games/toys/outside play area) for kids onsite. The tea room even allowed for an easy meal to have without going out."

"Room 239 was miserably hot. Seriously so hot that we got ill. The window upended up to small alley where the employees of the tavern kept throwing trash and glass bottles all night. We could hear people throwing up. Not a great experoemce."

"This was a great place to stay in Killarney--just off of the high street, so it was quiet and comfortable. It was surprisingly warm during our time there, so I was grateful for the fan they provided and the ability we had to fully open our windows. The included breakfast was the BEST we had on our entire two week trip. Truly wonderful all around."

"A wonderful hotel perched above the town of Killarney with amazing views down to Lough Leane. The staff were wonderfully friendly and nothing was ever too much bother. The views from the Lake Restaurant were particularly good and the rooms spacious and well appointed."
