Wild Adriatic Way

Wild Adriatic Way is situated on the road from Labin, where there are stunning views of the Adriatic sea, Cres as well as Rabac.Wild Adriatic Way is a pleasant and spacious two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea and sleeps up to 10 people. Villa boasts a large roof terrace (70 metres squared), where you will enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the islands of Cres, Rabac and Labin. There is also a big patio on the ground floor. It is partly shaded and is equipped with outdoor furniture. In the garden, there is a swimming pool which is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The pool is 7 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.40 metres deep. From the patio, you can access the main living/dining room and kitchen. On the patio, there is a large dining table which can seat 8 to 10 people so that you can dine 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the beautiful views.The kitchen is equipped with a four-ring cooker, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, kettle, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. In the main living/dining room, there is a table which can seat up to 10 guests. Here there is also a satellite TV, two single sofa beds and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms en suite. The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the dining area, a stairway takes you to the first floor where there is toa covered balcony, which offers wonderful views of the coastline and of the Adriatic sea. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, both are en-suite with washbasin, toilet and shower. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony area. On the first floor, there is a Finnish sauna with a view of the sea that can sit 2 to 4 persons at a given time.
