The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a small atrium where on the right is the kitchen with peninsula, equipped with oven and kettle.
Next, a corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of a queen-size bedroom with closet, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Continuing, a bathroom complete with sanitary ware and bathtub and a living room with television and sofa.
Finally, a comfortable outdoor area, furnished with a small table and armchairs, and a heated veranda where you can spend moments of conviviality.

Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, private parking space within the property, air conditioning in the living room, and heating for the winter season.
