"Great location , friendly discreet staff . Good size rooms of a good standard and I overslept and they extended my check out by 1 hour free id charge. Amazing.! I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. I will not be using them again. I can recommend...

"The bath did not have a bath plug that fitted the drain so I was unable to bath my 18 month old. There was no hairdryer after stating there was one. Although one was brought to the property on day 2, it took 21 hours for it to be dropped off. General wear and tear in the property needs to be looked at - sofa, spray from the shower, staining in and water temperature in the sink, the oven trays have been over used as coating is flaking off. "

On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking.
Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of.
A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...
