"When we arrived to the hotel, they informed us there was a storm and they lost power. That is understandable, however they provided no alternative or directions on where we could sleep that night. They only said they were closed and couldn't support or help us in any way. We had driven 3 hours from Edimburgh and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night with very limit knowledge of the area and very poor international phone internet, sitting in a parking lot. In the end, we booked another hotel in the very same town where the hotel is located, they were able to re- gain electricity a couple hours later and they did not deny customer's bookings because of that reason. We understand the difficulty of the situation but we lacked a lof of support from the hotel."
