The Space:
Simply switch off and enjoy your vacation. Whether for a long weekend or an annual vacation - the idyllic landscape and the view of the Peene River offer relaxation and tranquillity, but also an opportunity for sporting activities and adventure.

With up to five people, you can relax in the newly built house and enjoy the nature and tranquillity of Usedom.
The exclusive furnishings of the vacation home on Usedom leave nothing to be desired. Special emphasis was placed on an upscale ambience and the use of high-quality materials in the furnishings.

You can spend pleasant hours on the large terrace and round off eventful vacation days. The large garden also invites you to relax on the swing, play and barbecue.

In the open-plan living and dining area on the first floor, floor-to-ceiling windows give you a wonderful and unobstructed view over the river.

A fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 TVs are at your disposal. On the ground floor there is a bedroom (1 person), which can also be used as a TV room. Two bedrooms, each sleeping two, and the bathroom are on the upper floor. All of the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and smart TVs.

The garden has approx. 550 square meters and two sun terraces and offers all possibilities: for example for barbecuing, playing badminton or just relaxing and sunbathing...

The Neighborhood:
Water sports are the central theme on the coast of Usedom. Sailing, paddling or windsurfing - there is something for every water fan here. But hiking or long walks by the water are also very popular here.

Getting Around:
The beach with small bays in quiet, natural surroundings on the Peene River is only about 100 m away. Children can use the playground there.

The in-house boat mooring for boats up to 20 feet in the harbor 200 m away with its own slip ramp can be used by the tenant for a small fee.

Fishing, windsurfing, kiteboarding, sailing and motor boating are all possible right on the doorstep.

The vacation home is located in the middle of the nature reserve on the outskirts of the village. This means you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a natural environment, but are still close to the famous seaside resorts of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
