"Die Unterkunft liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Straße, was aber nicht weiter stört, da die Zimmer gut geräuschisoliert und klimatisiert sind.
Die Tiefgarage ist über PkwAufzug erreichbar. Die Plätze sind begrenzt, sollten reserviert werden, ansonsten problemlos bis 2m Höhe.
Die Küchenzeile hat Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank & Kochgelegenheit. Großer Safe für Laptop etc., alles andere notwendige ist vorhanden.
Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt, Self Check out möglich.

"We stayed at the LYV on Karl Marx Strasse and I’d recommend it for people looking for apartment style accommodations in an area of Berlin that is pretty lively and has great access to the U-Bahn and the Ring-Bahn. There are lots of middle eastern restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby.
The street does have a lot of street noise but when the windows are closed there is no issue. The curtains are thick, blackout style curtains. We were in a 2-bedroom unit and it was pretty spacious. The...

"Wir hatten sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht waren, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Ich war mit meinem Baby dort und sie haben nicht nur ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl bereitgestellt, sie haben auch alles getan, damit der Kleine gleich nach Ankunft schlafen kann.
