Our home is a smoke-free environment. This is to keep the space fresh for all guests.

Additional Note: For reservations of 29 nights or longer, a security deposit will be required. This is a standard policy for extended stays and helps cover any potential damages or excessive wear and tear. The deposit will be collected prior to check-in and is fully refundable after your stay, provided the property is left in good condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to hosting you.

Sean and Danni were very attentive hosts. They contacting us before our stay and offered helpful information as well as checked in with us after we arrived. We appreciated their care. The property was just what we needed/wanted. Open living in the shared areas, and privacy in the sleeping areas. Loved all the windows, natural light, and views of the sunset from the living room, back deck, and hot tub. Great location to Saddleback and downtown Rangely We would recommend for families or couples seeking respite.

You know how sometimes you see a place online and it looks so nice and luxurious and welcoming but then when you arrive at your destination it isn't what you thought it would be? THIS HOME IS THE OPPOSITE of that. The photos do not do it justice for how thoughtfully cozy and warm and clean it is to stay here. Our children loved the bunk room (those bunk beds are much bigger than they appear in the photos!) and my husband I slept so well on the just-right firm mattresses and soft linens. The bathrooms and bedrooms all had lovely spa robes available and there were added touches like toiletries and laundry pods, coffee, popcorn, staple seasonings and a full propane tank for the grill. Really, everything was ready to go and use for us and in great condition. We added our dogs on as a last minute trip change and the owners were accommodating and responsive. Perhaps the most underrated part of this listing is the gorgeous sunset view you get to watch from the deck and hot tub area that overlooks the meadow and treetops. Honestly, we can't wait to come back. Thanks so much for a great trip!

True Gem!

This was our home base for adventures in and around Rangeley. It was convenient to hiking and golf with plenty of room for the family. Even on the rainy day, we enjoyed family games and shopping in downtown. Only downside was no air conditioning (or not that we could figure out).We have more hikes in the area so we expect to be back!

Best 50th birthday ever!

We reserved this for my wife’s 50th, and it worked perfectly for us, our dog, and our friends. The weather wasn’t cooperating, but it didn’t matter. We found ourselves more than happy to cancel plans - this is a great house to get “stuck inside.”The kitchen is fully stocked, we prepped most of our meals here. The living room is super cozy, and the loft turned into a girls sleepover. We loved the hot tub and our hound loved the deck.The short trip to saddleback can’t be beat!
