"I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received."

"Stayed here for 2 nights for quick weekend getaway with my family. Our room was well equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, stocked with cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave and a blender. The room itself although clean was dated. My kids slept on the sofa bed but the mattress was slanted and seemed worn out. The TV was also unusually small and could use an update. The pool & hot tub were well kept. "
