"We had an excellent stay! The hotel was lovely, comfortable and conveniently located in the city. Everything was just right, and we really enjoyed our time here. The service was great, and the overall experience made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tauranga."

"Really helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was a bit softer than I’d prefer but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again. Cafe nearby was good for breakfast."

"This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed a couple of nights. Our room wasn’t Service so had to reuse our wet towels from the day before mould on the shower curtains thermal heated swimming pool wasn’t heated. Had to climb into bath to have a shower very slippery from not cleaning room service..no separate shower. TV signal kept dropping out so could not watch any TV. Mattress very worn … very disappointing for the cost we paid would not recommend this motel…."
