The drive up through the woods on a narrow gravel road gives a serene impression and then when you come up to the hotel you see a wonderful building located i a large park overlooking the city. "All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised for that situation. What a way to waste an experience."
