Hotels a Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch

"We have traveled around the US visiting our marine and Best Western has become like coming home no matter where we venture."

"Very helpful staff and amazing ambiance."

"Wonderful stay! Great room, cleaned everyday, and the owners were wonderful and accommodating."

"The room was a good size and so was the bathroom and seating area. However, we had ants in the bathroom and were on the 3rd floor. Place needs a lick of paint and the gym is not good, the pool not clean. Good spot but could be a lot better"

"Great place, wish we would have stayed longer."

"Door would not lock and appeared to have possibly been broken into at some point. Refrigerator and air conditioner in room did not work. Shampoo/Conditioner and lotion bottles had been used. Overall an unpleasant experience for $113."

"My room was horrible. The blinds were broken. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. It kept going off. The carpet was stained. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was fine. Not this time."

"As soon as we pulled onto the property we were amazed with how clean and nice everything was. We were greeted by the very kind staff and checked into our room. The view from our room was stunning and the room was wonderful. The fire pit at night was wonderful and it was a peaceful stay. Will definitely be back!"

"The property is beautiful. The staff is warm, friendly, & helpful. The rooms are well kept and clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast each morning."

"Large room. Snow white towels. Fridge, microwave and safe in the room."

"The staff were incredibly friendly, making for a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious, too; I would love to stay here again."
