Championship golf course access is for resort members only, however, renters can play as a guest of a member. However, a renter may play as the guest of a member. A pet fee applies only if you bring a smaller hypoallergenic dog (confirm breed/size when you inquire). Host covers utilities up to $250 per month; any amount over that is billed back to the renter based on actual usage. Optional damage protection: at checkout you may choose a $59 damage waiver for $1,500 in accidental damage as a reduction to your security deposit - opt in only if you want it.
