The Space:

Welcome to The Wellington, a beautifully renovated second-floor apartment offering one of Ramsgate’s most impressive sea views. Set within the iconic Wellington Crescent, this coastal stay blends period

charm with modern comfort, giving you a bright and elegant space to unwind from the moment you arrive.

The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area, framed by large windows that flood the room with natural light and uninterrupted views across the beach and out to sea. Mornings feel especially peaceful here pour a coffee, take a seat by the window, and watch the sunrise paint the coastline in soft colours.

The living room flows effortlessly into the dining area and a stylish, fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, making it easy to cook, work, or relax in one welcoming space.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.



Guest Access:

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a residential street overlooking the sea and within a short walk of shops and restaurants



Getting Around:

The property is located on a bus route

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything.



Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
