The apartment is small but perfectly formed and has everything you need for a retreat by the coast.



You're within easy walking distance of the town, coastal path, harbour and the beach.



It also benefits from easy street parking on the road outside.



The Space:

Outside of the property and the communal hallways are awaiting refurbishment but the apartment itself is perfectly formed. Partial sea views with new furniture and soft furnishings.



Reduced rates available for long term and corporate bookings from £50pn



Guest Access:

The property can be accessed via a key box that is outside the property, key details will be sent 3 days before check in.



Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat your property with the same respect you would your own home. If you have any queries or something isn’t quite right, please contact us



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay to answer any queries, please message us on Airbnb. Once you are checked in you will be provided with our out of hours phone line in case you need anything.



Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
