"The property itself is not bad because there is a natural waterfall on the property. That’s the only good thing I can say about this property. They have no parking on the property for guests. The road condition it terrible it’s almost impossible to get up in car without damaging your vehicle which I was not aware of prior to booking else I would never booked this place. Whoever is booking this place needs a 4*4 pick up get up there if you a regular car or taxi ur vehicle will be significantly...

"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, I felt comfortable and most importantly I felt secure. I am sorry that i did not get a chance to enjoyed the pool, however I was able to have a poolside breakfast which was lovely. Thanks again to the staff and owner of Sky Villa Resort"

"Second time staying at the ROK hotel in Kingston and I was not disappointed. Location was great easy access to airport with several eatery options near by. Check in was a breeze. The receptionist was Jada who was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Received a room upgrade that was a plus. My suite was clean and well laid out. Staff in the dining room and bar were also very pleasant and profession. Will definately return to ROk when visiting kingston."

"I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."
