01 Apartment Ummanz:
The apartment Ummanz (max 3 guests) is about 35 square meters and has been lovingly furnished in country house style. It has a separate entrance. The living room has a couch with table, a cupboard and a TV. The small kitchenette has a stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe.   In this apartment can be provided if required, a cot and highchair. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.  At this house is a terrace with garden furniture. As a special bonus, we will provide upon request every morning for free fresh bakery rolls. Dear pets are also welcome at any time and without extra charge in this apartment. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen. 

Welcome to the Manor House Gnies! The manor Gnies is very natural in the Rügen Nature Park and has been extensively modernized and extended in recent years. Here you can choose for your holidays between six beautifully decorated and very quiet apartments for 2-6 persons. All apartments are individually furnished with old Gutshausmöbeln, bath and shower and a terrace. A special flair they receive through existing in some apartments or fireplaces Stoves that provide comfort, especially in winter. For Manor House has a small garden with lawn, seating and barbecue. Super entspannende Tage in einer Sonnen Wohnung die alles geboten hat, was man braucht. Dazu extrem nette Vermieter, die sehr unkompliziert sind. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen! Ach ja: einen tollen Garten gab es für die Wauzis dazu

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der kleine Ort war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut abschalten. Der morgendliche Brötchenservice hat hervorragend funktioniert. Zu den Störtebeker Festspielen hatten wir einen Fußweg von 2 km.

kleines Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, zumal wir unsere Hunde mitbringen durften. Jeden Morgen frische warme Brötchen, welch eine Wohltat. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Tolles Anwesen. Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren Wege, wo wir mit unseren Hunden ausgiebig spazieren gehen konnten, da blieb uns meist die Straßen entlang (aber bei relativ wenig Verkehr). Ansonsten ist die Lage auf Rügen toll, da man viele Ziele in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich! Es gibt vormittags Brötchen kostenlos,auf Wunsch!Dies ist sehr nett,doch leider gibt es nur Weizenbrötchen!Keine Auswahl.Bei unverträglichkeit von Weizen...hat man Pech!! Es werden keine anderen Brötchen besorgt, trotz Nachfrage! Enttäuschend...wenn man diesen Service anbietet! Leider haben die Weizenbrötchen nach Pappe geschmeckt.Sie wurden immer mehr im Mund! Als ob sie nicht lange genug aufgebacken worden! Sehr schade,denn es war eine der Gründe warum man gebucht hat! Es hat auch an der Ausstattung sehr gemangelt,viel gefehlt,wie Suppenkelle u.v.m.Küchenaustattung alles sehr dürftig!Auch auf der Terrasse..sehr dürftig!Viel zusammen gewürfelt!Innenausstattung das nötigste..einen Stuhl!!Man sollte nicht grad zur Erntezeit fahren,da dann sehr laut!!!! Leider manchmal auch die Nachbarn ,die Abends dann eben Holz sägen,wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzen möchte.Das kann auch 3 Abende hinter einander gehen,wenn man Pech hat.Auch liegt das Grundstück direkt an der B 96,daher eben auch lauter! Sehr gut war,daß man seinen Hund mitbringen konnte und er frei herum laufen konnte auf dem Rasen und auch ab und zu bellen! 👍 Es ist ein Rasengrundstück dran mit Bäumen,gepflegt! Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat und wenig da ist,auch nix erwartet,kann es schön werden!Man macht das Beste drauß!! Es ist vieles abgelebt.. abgewohnt!Schade!

Gute Unterkunft, sehr ruhig , gut für Erholung

Gnies sehr ruhig gelegen , gut für Erholungssuchende. Die Ferienwohnung Ummanz ist ausreichend groß, bis auf dass etwas enge Bad. Wohn und Schlafraum sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist zweckmaßig . Gäste können den großen Hof zu Erholung nutzen Sonnenliegen stehen bereit. Die Vermieter sind sehr diskret und nehmen auf die Urlauber immer Rücksicht. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Quiet paradise in Rügen

Our stay at Family Wilbert property was really nice. The perfect very quiet spot to have some rest in Rügen. Very well located near to Jasmund and other interesting spots. The apartment is well equipped and included bed linnen and towels. Every morning we received fresh bread directly from the Bakery as a courtesy. I can only recommend. Very easy-going host.
