The third bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a full-size day bed. This room is perfect for accommodating extra guests or can serve as a cozy den for relaxation during the day. It shares a full bathroom with the second bedroom.



The fourth bedroom, conveniently located downstairs features a plush queen-size bed. Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches and comfortable bedding in this well-appointed room, which also boasts the appeal of an en-suite full bathroom.

In the kitchen and dining areas, we provide paper towels, napkins, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies. You'll also enjoy an assortment of sweeteners, a selection of teas, mixers, K-Cups, ground coffee, and general cooking ingredients like oil, salt, pepper, and spices.

🚗 Parking

Guests have access to a 2-car garage, along with a driveway that can accommodate an additional 2 vehicles. Please note that parking on the grass is not permitted. There’s also plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the house, making it easy for everyone in your group to come and go with ease.

Enjoy the convenience of in-home laundry during your stay. The home includes a full-sized washer and dryer, along with laundry pods, dryer sheets, and an iron to make keeping clothes fresh and clean easy and hassle-free—perfect for longer stays, families, or business travelers.



🔥 Summer Heat:

During the summer months, outdoor temperatures in Durham can reach upwards of 100 degrees. While our home is equipped with a modern HVAC system, it's designed to maintain an indoor temperature within approximately 20 degrees of the outside temperature. This means that on exceptionally hot days, the AC may struggle to keep the interior as cool as some guests might prefer. To help combat this, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and blackout curtains to provide additional comfort and help regulate the individual room temperatures. Keeping exterior doors closed and minimizing frequent opening and closing of these doors helps to keep the cool air in and the hot air out.



🛠️ Amenity Functionality:

We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, if amenity is not functioning during your stay please notify us immediately for us to contact the appropriate vendor to repair the amenity. We will do everything we can to have it repaired during your stay. For safety and to avoid accidental damage, we kindly ask that guests do not attempt to fix or adjust anything themselves.
