This newly renovated home near downtown-- mere minutes from all of Raleigh’s attractions and concert venues-- is deceivingly spacious. Step inside to the large, yet cozy family room, grab a cup of coffee in the kitchen, and keep going to enjoy the bright, beautiful sunroom overlooking a private backyard and fire pit.

Three large bedrooms, all with big closets. Front bedroom includes a personal work space.

Futon in sunroom can also be folded down to use as additional bed.

Additional rules
- We ask that our guests observe a quiet time from 10:00 p.m. until 7 a.m.
- Children must be supervised at ALL times both inside & outside
- Max of four vehicles is allowed in the driveway
- Absolutely NO pets are to be brought anywhere on the property.
- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside. NO exceptions. If you have to smoke, please do so outside and
leave no trace.
