This newly renovated home is your ideal home base to explore Raleigh! Conveniently located 5 min from 540 and Capital Blvd, and only 2 minutes from the WRAL Soccer Park! Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, dining area with coffee bar, quality bathroom amenities, high-speed fiber internet, plenty of free parking, 3 smart TVs, and washer/dryer. Relax outside on the deck with our fire pit, and enjoy the beautiful wooded lot. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a guest basket just for them!

Our home provides:
- Living room with large smart TV, games, books and puzzles for adults and kids, doggie guest basket too, and comfy futon for extra guest
- Fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee bar and laundry area, and dining table
- Beautiful new deck with outdoor seating and fire pit, large wooded backyard
- Master bedroom wit queen bed, smart TV, desk with leather chair, recliner, custom closet, remote-controlled light/fan, blackout curtains, full bath with walk-in shower and detachable rain shower head
- 2nd bedroom with queen bed, smart TV, comfy chair and dresser, remote-controlled light/fan, blackout curtains
- large hall bath with bathtub & shower
- Note: We do have a Pack n Play available for use during your stay for $20; let us know if you need it and we'll have it delivered before you arrive.

House was in a peaceful neighborhood, beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked, and communication with the host was excellent. However, the house was a little worn and some items need attention. Overall, though, we were pleased with our stay.

Comfortable and cozy

My husband and I came here to visit our granddaughter and her husband, and this home was near to where they live. It was just the right size for us. It was well furnished, down to having two full boxes of tissues, which I have never seen before! It was nestled among tall trees, which gave it a very homey feel. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was completed with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the couch was a little low for us seniors to get up from! The neighborhood was quiet and quite convenient to major thoroughfares which had numerous restaurants and shopping venues. I highly recommend this rental for up to four people.

Beautiful, Quiet and Clean!

The house was great! It wasnt as secluded as the listing made it seem but it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The location was great and it was easy to get to and from everywhere we wanted to go. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only (small) thing was that the fireplace ran out of propane on our first night there. But we were so tired the rest of our trip we didnt even have a chance to use it again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Perfect Place for a Getaway

My overall impression of the place is that it was a perfect place for a getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house was very clean. We had all the supplies we needed for showering and washing hands. I love that they supplied poop bags and bowls for the dog. He appreciated it also. The beds were very comfortable, we had good rest. I appreciate the makeup cloths. The welcome basket was a sweet greeting. The owners have great communication too. The house overall has a homey feel to it. We would definitely pick this place again if we come back to North Carolina!

Super Cute and Comfy Home

I stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 13 year old as we were in town for a karate tournament at the community college. It was very easy to find and the location was tucked within a super cute neighborhood with lots of trees and well kept properties.The home was extremely clean and decorated to give it a warm and homey feel. The description and photos in the listing were spot on! I especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit after a long day of competition or sightseeing. Long walks in the neighborhood were enjoyable as well.The hosts answered last minute questions on day of arrival for a seamless checkin! They also sent a message after checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.The home truly felt like our own and it provided a very peaceful/easy stay that was light years above any hotel we would have found.Thank you for sharing your super cute and comfy home with us. Will definitely be back!

Great hosts, cozy home, and quiet neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect for exploring the area. The home felt very cozy, and private. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Highly recommend this property, it was exactly as advertised, and the communication with the owner/ hosts was excellent and incredibly responsive.

Good location!

Clean, Convenient, and Cozy Environment

The house is conveniently located in the city and the neighborhood is great and quiet. The pine trees are wonderful! The house is attractive and worked well for my family to gather to celebrate a graduation and early Christmas, including cooking a family meal. The rooms are of a good size, and the back patio with fire pit is great. The hosts are communicative and accommodating--very helpful! The bedding and couch are down-filled, which although comfortable were tough on our allergies. The living room futon is not comfortable enough to sleep on. We enjoyed our time here!

Cozy home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has what you need for cooking. My favorite part was the deck in the back with the gas fire pit. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Sons graduation gift

My oldest son graduated high school and wantes tickets to Blue Ridge Rockfest so he got them. The house is nice and the neighborhood is convenient to anywhere or anything you need. The owners are great and did everything they could to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen has more than what you need to cook and spices to boot. I would definitely recommend this home and owners to any smaller group of 4 or people. Thanks fir a nice sray and bei g so helpful.
