The shower is narrow and may not be accessible for those with physical disabilities or larger bodies.

The house is in an urban, diverse neighborhood. I've always felt safe here, but this may not be the right place for you if you are sensitive to occasional street noise or unaccustomed to city living.

The garage is off-limits to guests because it is a completely separate short-term rental. The walls are insulated but you may hear some noise from the adjacent property. Please inquire if you would like to rent the garage and house together for a large group!

We are pet-friendly! Please include your pet as a "guest" on your reservation.

Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. Cute Place!

The place was cute and clean! Beds were comfortable and clean, more than enough room for me and a couple of my friends to have a fun weekend. There is another rental in the garage of the house, but we never came into contact with them other than seeing their cars in the driveway. Would stay here again when I’m back in town!

Unexpected Guest

The property was well kept. I did not go in the backyard so I cannot speak to that. My only true issue was a safety concern. I did not know until the day of our check-in that there was a person actually living in the attached garage. If I had known that prior to my reservation I would not have made it.

A Diamond in the Rough

The home's renovations and aesthetics were well done, overall. We stayed in the master bedroom which had a fan that is beyond it's useful life (made a knocking noise the entire night) and a shower that was very narrow with a ceiling mounted shower head (hard to maneuver and wash without drowning or knocking something off the wall). The neighborhood is also partially gentrified so there was an interesting mix of homes and people.

Nice home! 2 bedrooms / 1 office

Will was a perfect host and always immediately responsive. The one concern is we thought there would be access to 3 bedrooms. However, there were only 2 bedrooms and 1 office with a toddler playpen. Perhaps that was meant to be the 3rd bedroom. Overall, the hone was clean, cozy and comfortable for the 2 night stay.
