Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This is a modern 3-bedroom home convenient to many Downtown locations. Transfer Co. Food Hall offers a variety of food choices and a micro brewery and is an 8-minute walk. Convention Center is a 16 min walk. Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts is a 12-min walk. Chavis Park and The Greenway are just steps away. This home also offers parking for 2 cars. Enjoy the view of Raleigh from the front balcony. License ZSTR-000763-2022

Please note that reservations can be made for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 30 nights. Strict no pet and no smoking policy. $500 fine for each offense.

Great place. The entire family enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a night in with a wonderful kitchen. Centrally located to downtown Raleigh. Seemed as though every place we wanted to go was 5 min away. The shower in the master BR was amazing! We'll definitely book again on our next trip to Raleigh. Thank you!

Super clean and enjoyable!

Great location, very walkable to downtown. Extremely clean. Hosts were communicative. Such an easy check in and out process. No crazy check out lists to deal with. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place and location

We came for the NCAA mens basketball March Madness rounds 1 and 2. Check-in and check-out was seemless. Off-street parking was great. Location is walking distance from multiple restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and more. Each night we walked to dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House was very comfortable for 5 or 6 and was very clean, spacious and well-appointed. Could not get comfortable on master bedroom bed, as it is foam, was too soft and heated up so I was too warm. A small issue overall - would stay again.

Perfect spot for convention goers!

The property is modern, clean, well equipt and in a quiet neighborhood. We were so busy we only got to refresh after a long day at the convention center but I would have loved to spend more time there. The patio is perfect for am coffee or evening wine with friends.

Beyond Expectations

The VRBO had all the necessities of a home. It was immaculate and modern. I will definitely consider the home for future travels. The host answered questions quickly. The self-check-in process was seamless. Highly recommend!

Outstanding place,.

A great clean and modern place. 15 minute walk from downtown, but with the heat and the rain we were able to drive and find easy on street parking where we were going. (the world of Bluegrass). The place is huge, three full bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our time, got to watch a little football on TV, and take in lots of bluegrass music. If we make it back to Raleigh, we will stay right here.

Great property for family visit to US Open

We met our two adult sons here to attend the US Open at Pinehurst. Easy to travel back and forth, and have a lovely urban respite for family breakfasts and evening dining/entertainment. Beautifully furnished and comfortable.

Special Occasion

We were in Raleigh for a family wedding. Home was beautiful and perfect for everything from hosting breakfast for the bridal party to relaxing in between events. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Raleigh.
