Looking for a comfortable one-bedroom oasis near downtown Raleigh in a quiet neighborhood with three serene lakes? Look no further than the Corr Rejuvenate apartment with brand new everything! Entire space recently renovated to offer you maximum comfort, privacy, peace and quiet.

Our property is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Midtown/North Hills and the Village District (formerly called Cameron Village), where you will find some of Raleigh's premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

At our property, we offer everything you will need for your stay including luxurious high-thread count cotton linens, spa towels, basic kitchen essentials, games for kids and adults, wonderful snacks and more! Enjoy the brand new Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of coffees from which to choose. Select a book to read from our mini library. Use our Google Nest device as a Bluetooth speaker and play your favorite tunes. Or, watch a movie on our brand new Smart TVs in the living room or bedroom and snuggle up with our plush and cozy couch throws.

The master bedroom is fit for a king and includes an orthopedic ultra-plush mattress and high-quality bed linens. You will also appreciate having his and hers closets in your bedroom!

The large private, fenced-in back yard and garden with lots of beautiful stone hardscaping come to life every spring and summer with flowering trees and shrubs such as magnolia, mimosa, tulip magnolia and red bud trees, forsythia, roses, azaleas, lilies, daffodils and more! Relax on the furnished patio by the pool or sit around the fire pit featuring a brand new Solo Stove (firewood and kindling are provided). You can also go for a nice walk around this very quiet Old Raleigh neighborhood and check out the wildlife on the three lakes.

It was an amazing suite and more than comfortable with a touch of luxury. Quiet tree filled suburban neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Raleigh. Andy was warm, friendly and communicative. Beyond a doubt I’d stay here again.

It was quite loved the Alexa and the speaker out side to listen to music by the pool.It rained the whole time we was there but we still enjoyed time by the pool having coffee under the umbrellas.With it raining it made the pool very cold but hey you only live once we did a polar plunge. Sweet memories. I absolutely love how they have flowers and plants all around the pool area did not feel like we was in NC for sure.You want regret your stay.

Quiet and clean

This property was a nice, quiet place to stay. The host really thought of everything by providing snacks and drinks in the kitchen and toiletries for the bath. I felt safe staying alone as a woman and enjoyed the peacefulness.

Absolutely perfect stay!

We so enjoyed staying at Andy's bnb! Everything was just as you see in the pictures, tastefully decorated with a relaxing vibe. The place was spotless, very comfortable and so quiet! LOVED the Nespresso machine and wide variety of coffee choices. Lots of snack and drink options were also provided and greatly appreciated. The entire apartment smelled fresh and clean! The outside pool area was also nice and the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. The location is very near downtown Raleigh and easy to find in a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees and lovely lakes. Checking in and out was a breeze. And the bed really was fit for a king!

The host was super friendly and engaged! We felt safe and well cared for. Just some notes for the property:-Its in a very rural, quiet area.-There were some musty smells in the bedroom, to which I believe were caused by some bedding that needed to be replaced. And the ceiling above the fireplace had smoke, fire, or mold damage (not sure).Beyond those pieces, we still enjoyed our stay and the amenities and friendliness offered by the host.

Pros and cons

Pros: The apartment was cozy with a grandma’s ambiance. The location as far as proximity to restaurants, downtown and shopping was great. The communication was great and check in process really easy. There were snacks and water upon check in and the nexpresso machine was a nice touch. Cons: while it is centrally located, the road to get to the apartment is dark and, depending on the GPS, there is a one lane dirt road next to the lake (very scary at night). There is a mildew (humidity) smell. Finally, there are no curtains in the living room so it felt like no privacy. I communicated these to the owner and he said he was taking care of them. I hope this helps. I would recommend for a night or two. really easy

Very comforting as soon as you walk in. The hosts are very courteous with snacks and soothing music when you enter. Comfortable living and spacious bedroom with king size bed. Makes it feel like home away from home. The ONLY thing was my wife couldn’t figure out how to get the water in the shower to come out of the head. Took me two seconds. Because, I’m the smart one 😅😂 Had a blast! Thank y’all so much for making this trip that much better
