¡Adorable bungalow en el corazón de la ciudad, cerca de todo lo que Raleigh tiene para ofrecer! A solo unas cuadras de NC State y Cameron Village, a pocos minutos en automóvil o de Uber al PNC Park para ir a conciertos o al sur de Glenwood para ver la escena del bar o hacer turismo en el centro de Raleigh. ¡Todo está muy cerca! El aeropuerto también está a solo 10 minutos en coche :) La casa vive como un dormitorio con tres baños separados, ¡perfecto para que todos tengan sus propias suites privadas! El dormitorio principal tiene un amplio armario con vestidor y un hermoso baño con dos tocadores separados, el otro dormitorio de invitados en el primer piso tiene su propio baño vintage en el pasillo. El dormitorio tipo loft en el piso superior tiene su propia sensación de suite completa con área de dormitorio con espacio para pasar el rato y baño grande. Renovado completamente nuevo, todo de arriba a abajo con nueva cocina y baños con encimeras de cuarzo y estufa de gas y estufa de gas, gabinetes nuevos y azulejos nuevos en todos los baños y baños :) El corazón de la ciudad lo tiene todo e incluso un corazón en el piso del baño ❤️ ¡Disfruta del área de terraza para tomar una copa o un patio privado cercado perfecto para mascotas! Five of us stayed at this property for a long weekend in Raleigh to visit our daughter at NCSU. The location was perfect and although the house is on the smaller side, the bedrooms are spread out and the three bathrooms came in handy. We loved our stay at this location and would certainly return if we have the chance.

Super cute and comfortable for two of us from up north. We had kids and grandkids in shifts. The hot tub was a hit, as was the upstairs space for kids to split off and play/visit/sleep over. Great beds, linens, huge/wonderful closet (key to hiding Xmas presents and keeping the rest of the space tidy.) we loved it -- would rent again. Convenient location.

This house was perfection! We definitely fell in love with NC on our very first trip, so much due to this house! Starting with the excellent communication from the owner to the outstanding location to having everything you could ever need. Stacy is amazing and was really helpful right from the start! The location is perfect, cute neighborhood, close to downtown, parks, grocery, delicious restaurants, a great little drive to Cary and easy to get a day trip to the beach! The house is so beautiful and comfortable (the best bed, the cozy couch the amazing kitchen, the spacious, private bathrooms and closets!) and it was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed! And the hot tub!! It was deliciously hot, so clean and well kept, it made for beautiful, cool evening soaks on the cute porch. I wish I could stay in this exact house everywhere I went! I did not want to leave! We absolutely loved it!! I wish I could give this house 10 STARS! Thank you so much for making our trip so incredible!

Such a charming house! Very Clean and very well stocked with anything you need. It was a nice and convenient stay dropping our daughter at college and easy traveling with our little dog. Stacey was very responsive on any questions that we had and really thought of everything in the home.

Moving our son into apartment to start his next year at NCSU- great location. We loved the house- 3 bathrooms were wonderful to have and we loved the decor of the house. Worked fabulous for our corgi as well!

This was an incredible place to stay. The location to downtown Raleigh was so close, the house was absolutely adorable and the place was stocked. If you are traveling with a dog, the owner of the property made it super convenient to stay there and the fenced in yard was a super added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again! My step mom asked if she could buy the place! Thanks for a great rental.

Super clean, comfy, cute house, with all the furnishings of home. Great location. This house is in a safe neighborhood, and is beyond adorable inside. Nice yard and hot tub for guests to use. Perfect for families or for a friend’s weekend. Furnishings are current and up to date, with the great architecture of a historic home.

This house was so perfect for our stay when visiting with our daughter who attends NC State. We stayed to support her in her recovery from an accident and this house was perfect for recovering and visiting with her. This house was clean, comfortable, and gorgeous! Stacy, the premier hostess, was above and beyond regarding customer service! Her attention to details and her decorating talents are admirable. We couldn’t get over how easy it was to communicate with her. But another standout was the decor! The attention to detail in making the house feel like a home was spot on. We will definitely stay at her property again when given the opportunity.

I had originally book another location with Stacey however I was notified months ago that I would need to change. This was one of 3 locations suggested. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and flexible space this was the winner I Stacey stayed in touch and went above and beyond to make our day and event a success

I needed a place to entertain a few friends while in town and this place was perfect. The house was stocked with everything you would need and each bedroom had its own private bathroom which was very nice. We all really enjoyed it and hope to go back soon.

Perfect little house for families and fur babies! We really enjoyed our trip to Raleigh for the USA Baseball NTIS Champions Cup. Our boys loved the loft space. We grilled out one night and loved coffee on the front porch swing in the mornings. The house is very well equipped if you prefer to prepare meals at home vs. going out. Lots of bright natural light. Cozy home away from home! Hoping we can get this place again next year and many years after for the USA baseball trips!

We flew in for the weekend to attend a wedding. There were two separate areas to relax inside along with very comfortable bedrooms. The clean crisp white and aqua decor made us feel like we were on vacation while having all we needed to feel at home. The host was responsive & accommodating to our requests. Thanks again!

What a charming home in an ideal location! My daughter & I spent the weekend during college visits. We ate well, did yoga & orangetheory -all nearby- and enjoyed our downtime at the house. This would be ideal for a girls’ weekend too. I already miss it & want to come back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Heart of the City. The house was just as cute as pictured, and the host was very thoughtful and easy to work with. The only drawback was the noise from the busy road, but they did have a sound machine in one of the rooms to help with that. We enjoyed our stay.

The host, who is also a decorator, has made this very relaxing space and has added many special touches which make it feel like a resort. Nice bathroom toiletries and towels, a Brita for water, throw blankets, etc. The town is fun to walk around and it is easy to get to the college. Highly recommend.
