Welcome to the Big Blue Farm House! A nearly 6,000 square foot luxury home built by the owner in 2023 to ensure you and your guests have the best experience while in town, at your home-away-from-home.

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor consists of the master bedroom (Bedroom #1) that includes 1 King Bed, a walk-in closet with a Pack-N-Play bed for kids/toddlers to nap, a crib for little ones to sleep, and a private bathroom with a soaking Tub, doorless walk-in shower, and 2 sinks. Near the front entrance is the dining room table and the main kitchen with an island. This kitchen has a double oven for multi-family cooking, a secret-door walk-in pantry with a fully stocked tea and coffee bar, microwave, toaster, blender, crock pot, and high chair for the babies/toddlers. There is also a 3 sided window breakfast room. To the right is the main living room with vaulted ceilings, TV and fireplace. The fully finished garage has a ping pong table, basketball hoops game, and other games. The outdoor space on the main floor includes a screened-in porch with an outdoor TV and fireplace and seating for 6, and a deck area with an outdoor dining room table set that seats 8. The view overlooks the backyard and pond behind the house.

BASEMENT FLOOR
The fully finished basement downstairs leads to Bedroom #2 that has 1 King Bed, and a large walk-in closet that has an extra twin bed. This bedroom is connected to Bathroom #2 that also has a doorless walk-in shower. The laundry room has 2 wash machines, 2 dryers, sink, hanging rods, and folding table. The downstairs also has a 32 ft x 31 ft entertainment / bar room that has 4 TVs to play multiple sports games or shows with a built-in surround sound system, pool table, foosball table, putt-putt game, Mega Jenga, magnet castles, and multiple card and board games. The wine room has 2 bowling sets and a Kan Jam outdoor frisbee game. There is also a full-bar with an extra fridge, wine fridge, dual kegerator, and sink. Attached to the bar is a speak-easy room that has a kids-bowling game. The downstairs outdoor patio has additional outdoor seating, built-in Bluetooth speakers to enjoy music outdoors, an outdoor grill set for cooking, outdoor seating and gas fire pit, and a cornhole set that is completely covered by the upper deck, so can be played in any weather.

TOP / 3RD FLOOR
The top floor is separated into 2 sections. The first is the private in-law suite located above the garage with its own full kitchen (Kitchen #2), separate living room with TV, pullout couch, and private entrance. The in-law bedroom (Bedroom #3) has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. From the main house, the top floor has 2 bedrooms connected by a Jack-N-Jill full bathroom. One bedroom (Bedroom #4) has 1 Queen Bed, and the other bedroom (Bedroom #5) has 2 bunk beds, each with a full size bed on the bottom, and a twin bed on the top, for 4 beds total.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- There are 2 driveways that can fit up to 9-10 cars in total. For additional cars, please park in front of the home only. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes.
- Forget your soap, toothbrush, comb, floss, blow dryer, and/or mouthwash at home? We’ve got you covered. Each full bathroom comes with single use supplies when you are most in need, but we kindly ask you only take what you need!
- Both kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, trays, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, containers, etc. The full bar area also has cups, wine classes, beer mugs, and silverware.
- The house is fully stocked with dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. So it is not necessary to bring your own.
- There is a high chair and baby silverware for little ones to use. There is also a crib and baby toys in the master bedroom.
- Exterior quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.
- Pets are absolutely welcome! Please ensure to add them as guests when booking. There are extra blankets in the living room basket that can be used to cover furniture and beds for pets to enjoy.
- The house is on a well and septic system. Therefore, there are no garbage disposals in the sinks. Please ensure to throw all extra food into the trash.
- Smoking allowed outside only
- For safety and security, the house is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector inside, external outside cameras and security system.
