"Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel."

"The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. "Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"

"We had a very lovely stay at Astoria Plaza. We chose Astoria Plaza due to its convenient location to the Bayanihan Centre as we wanted it to be within walking distance due to Manila’s traffic.
