"Bathroom shower unit were rusted, sinking plumbing functional but pipes fallen apart and old, dirt along the entire bathroom baseboard, shower curtains dirty or really old-stained. The bedroom area lighting was so dark we dare not disrobe to sleep in the bed. There was “no signal” or remote device for the tv. No one never answered room service. The seating sofa had dirty or permanently stained fabric. The smell of the room was old and musty as was it from the moment we entered the hotel. ...

"The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. She was very kind to us, when my boyfriend and I went down there to mention about the toilet not flushing she gave us another room and not just any room a suit which she didn't have to do but she did it anyway and that was so sweet of her. I hope our next stay has Nancy because she was just amazing! Not to mention she also gave us a night free for our next stay which was so nice of her. Thanks to Nancy our stay was wonderful! "This was a beautiful small Motel. Great decor, very clean and very quiet. A wonderful place to stay with very helpful and friendly staff."

"Nothing personal against the staff, but this place was sub-par even by La Quinta standards. Stayed four nights and no one ever came to empty the trash or replenish our towels. The hotel wasn’t terribly filthy, but there were stains in the shower and on the carpet. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the a/c worked pretty well. The breakfast consisted of bread/bagels that didn’t seem to change from day to day, hard boiled eggs, Fruit Loops, and a waffle maker. Had the waffle maker been out...

"This is not a very clean place. To be honest, I would’ve rather paid for a more expensive hotel that would provide a cleaner environment. Everything about our hotel room was dirty, from the bed sheets to the restroom floor. It was horrible. While we did not have any issues with people bothering us or other customers, being too loud just the filth alone was enough to bother my entire family.
