Waterfront design apartment in Marina di Ragusa with three bedrooms and a breathtaking view.
Casa Aurora is located right in front of the cute harbour and restaurants, shops and sandy beaches are all within walking distance.

The apartment consists of 120m2 of ample and bright rooms. The living room has elegant sofas from Bali ad a vintage teak table. From here guests can access to the wide terrace which railing gives the impression to be on a boat. A stunning view at the harbour and at the sea complete the picture.

Casa Aurora has also a courtyard with an outdoor shower, very handy to use when returning from the beach, a few steps from the house. All rooms have air conditioning and WiFi.

Marina vacanza

Property was ideal for relaxing on the front porch with a beautiful view of the Marina and a very short walk to the beach. Restaurants and cafes a stones through away with a delightful crowd of locals and vacationers making their way to and from at night along the beach. Simply DELIGHTFUL ! Can not wait to return again to visit family.

Fantastisk

Leiligheten ligger fantastisk til med kort vei til Strand og strandpromenaden med utallige restauranter. Hadde dagstemperaturer opp i 40 grader, men leiligheten hadde flere AC og var sval og fin alle dager. Hyggelig vertskap.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefült. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den kleinen Hafen hat uns jeden Tag erfreut. Am Wochenende war es aber sehr laut - ein Nachteil deer zentralen Lage. Sicherlich werden wir wieder kommen!

We rented both Casa Aurora and Vespro. Both wonderful views of Marina. We also rented Vespro last year so came back as we loved it . In both apartments the spec is high but lacking decent bedroom lighting and plugs for gadgets. We would rent Vespro again but NOT Aurora due to very uncomfortable furniture in living area and unbelievable noise from road maintenance just outside, garden maintenance, and a VERY noisy bar. Last few days also noise from neighbours all together making it impossible on occasions to stay in either apartment. Disappointing but hoping not on going.

Lovely accommodation in great area

Very nice apartment with all necessary facilities. Lovely view of the marina and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Perfect for touring the area. We visited Noto, Syracusa, Marzamemi and Modica. Guenter very helpful and on hand if needed.

Super lækker lejlighed - men de gentagende strømsvigt trækker klart ned..

Vi var meget tilfredse med lejligheden- dog er der meget støj næsten hver nat. Den sidste stjerne gives ej da strømmen er meget svingende - vi oplevede strømsvigt hvilket er meget utilfredsstilllende når man gentagende gange må opgive middagen i ovnen osv.. Vi var udsat for strømsvigt ca 4 timer i træk - dette afgør at vi ikke kommer i lejligheden igen.. Og dette må ku’ gøres bedre da vore nabolejligheder havde strøm, men kun havde korte strømsvigt ..

The apartment delivered beyond our expectations

The furnishing are modern, colorful and tasteful. The apartment is impeccably maintained and spotless. Our host Guenther was extremely kind and thoughtful and the welcome gift of fruit, cheese, wine and salami provided our first delicious meal. The marina view is breathtaking and Marina di Ragusa is an enchanting sea side village.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand und zum Marktplatz. Die Austattung ist komplett, zweckmäßig und topp designet. Ich kann sie zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

Great apartment lovely position/view nice sandy beach

Apartment was modern, spacious, clean had everything we needed, nice welcome basket of wine, cheese, fruit, salami etc. Great view lovely to sit out on the balcony for breakfast and evening drinks. Very few foreign tourists mainly Italians which was nice, restaurants are very reasonable but mainly sea food and pizza you need to book for Saturday night as the town gets very busy with locals. Good long beach with many cafes, many sites/temples and Baroc towns to see but you need a car

Beautiful views comfortable well-equipped apartment

Very clean, spacious, beautiful apartment and great setting. We took morning walks along the marina, up to the next village to the west and into town. The apartment is set up with excellent linens, kitchen equipment and comfortable furnishings. It is light and opens on to a large deck with a great view. The town has a fun selections of restaurants and great people watching. We loved our week there.

Stunning apartment which more than lived up to expectations

The apartment was fantastic, at least as good as the photos. It was comfortable, spacious and equipped to a very high standard. On arrival, we were greeted with a table full of local produce which was very welcome and fed us all for the day. The location, overlooking the harbour, was a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach or out sightseeing. There is a large deck furnished with comfortable loungers and a good size table. In the evening , when it cooled down, the glass windows still provided a great view Highly recommended .

Really exceeded expectations!

My wife and I have been traveling for over 20 years and most of our stays have been in rental apartments. We understand that there are times when you have to "roll with punches" because things just aren't perfect. Occasionally, everything is just right and that was the case with our stay in Marina di Ragusa. Guenter was fantastic to work with and very helpful. He also brought us some incredible tomatoes and strawberries! The apartment is beautifully located. There were days when we just sat on the balcony and watched the world go by. We didn't need to go anywhere, we were already there!

The property was gorgeous! For once pictures did not even do justice.

The owner was wonderful and the "snack" that was provided for our late check in was incredible. The apartment's location was superb, overlooking the Marina and included parking. We enjoyed the apartment immensely and can't wait to go back!

Stunning apartment

Just back from a week in Marina di Ragusa. We all loved the apartment. It was comfortable, furnished beautifully, had everything we needed and the views over the marina were magnificent. Communication from time of booking, through our late arrival and during our stay was fantastic. Thank you Guenter and Giorgio for helping us have an amazing holiday! We loved the tray of local food you provided - it was very kind of you. The town itself was quiet as expected at this time of year and there were only a few bars and restaurents open. Despite this it was buzzing on Sunday afternoon when it seemed like everyone for miles around had come out for a walk in the sunshine. The Stella Marina bar, which was just a few metres away was quite lively on Tuesday and Friday with the International crowd from the marina, who were all very friendly. The local people were very friendly too. My daughter really appreciated getting to play with a baby in one restaurent we were in. It was full of locals and the baby was brought to visit everyone, while her mum got to eat in peace. People were all highly amused by the mad British wearing shorts and t-shirts, while they were all wrapped up in jumpers, coats, hats and scarves! One old lady stopped me in the street to insist the teenagers should have coats on. It was 15 -17°C and we all had caught the sun on the sheltered balcony. Not sure how they would cope with cold and windy UK. We found plenty to do in the surrounding area, Ragusa and Scicli were beautiful and for Inspectore Montalbano fans it was easy to find all the film locations. I had not heard of it until after I had booked the holiday but would recommend watching a few episodes to see how beautiful the area is and of course bore the rest of the family who didn't get around to watching any. We also enjoyed the Archiological park in Syracusa and the sandwich shop Caseificio Borderi in Ortigia market is not to be missed but it is a slow drive so make a day of it. All in all it was a fantastic winter break. We had good weather and stayed in a fabulous location without the crowds.

Bellissimo appartamento comodo ed elegante

Viaggio in famiglia (numerosa) alla scoperta della Sicilia barocca. Siamo una famiglia di sette persone. L'appartamento è risultato perfetto per le nostre esigenze. Ma può risultare perfetto anche per due famiglie con figli (o famiglia con figli e nonni al seguito). La dotazione dell'appartamento è risultata perfetta, la pulizia eccellente. Ha stabilito il nostro nuovo standard per le prossime vacanze.

A top quality apartment in a stunning location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Aurora in Marina di Ragusa. The apartment is furnished to a high specification, and includes everything that you might need, including air conditioning in every room for when the temperature rises (it was 34 degrees when we left at the end of July). Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were spacious and suitably powerful. The outstanding feature of the apartment is its wonderful balcony which provides panoramic views of the marina. We spent many a happy hour sitting on the balcony reading, eating or watching the world go by. The balcony overlooks a square which can get quite busy at night but this in no way detracted from our experience. The evening is the busiest time of the day, with families promenading along the seafront and teenagers riding around on mopeds, and its fun to have a ring-side seat to witness Marina di Ragusa at night. The location really could not be better when it comes to views, access to the beach and restaurants, plus there is a bakery and various supermarkets within reasonably easy walking distance (15 minutes), although when it gets hot any distance seems too far. There is a bike hire shop below the apartment so if you want to go further afield you can rent a bike for €15 for the day. There are cycle routes along the sea front in both directions. Guenter was a very welcoming and thoughtful host. On first arriving at the apartment at 10.15pm it was a lovely surprise to find that he had provided us with some complementary local produce and a nice bottle of prosecco, so that we didn't have to worry about finding a shop on our first night. We would heartily recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable holiday by the coast.
