The property comfortably sleeps eight. There are four spacious bedrooms: Master Bedroom with a queen bed and Bedroom 2 with 2x single beds upstairs. Downstairs is Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is accessed via the garage and has a king single bed and pull out single trundler bed. The master bedroom upstairs opens onto a sunny deck area where you can watch the stunning sunrises with your morning cuppa.
Both levels have their own fully equipped bathrooms. And you have a choice of relaxing living spaces to enjoy with one upstairs and another downstairs, each with smart TVs. A wood-burning fireplace in the upstairs living area completes the warm, welcoming ambience.
The modern kitchen is an entertainer’s delight. Beautifully designed, the kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, and soft close drawers.
You can cook up a storm with the induction cooktop and built-in oven, or BBQ on the deck. Then retreat to the outdoor entertaining spaces with uninterrupted, superb views to share your meal with friends and family.
And there’s a choice of outdoor spaces to enjoy. Select from the upstairs elevated deck area complete with glass balustrades to make the most of the scenery. Alternatively, why not relax in the tranquil garden area downstairs. Picture yourself chilling out in the Cape Cod chairs or the private spa pool. Add in a chilled glass of Sauv, and it doesn’t get much better than that.
This perfect home has its own private nature walk through native bush. Enjoy the peace and quiet, interrupted only by the native birdsong. Time it right, and you could even pick some yummy feijoas, or juicy citrus fruit to garnish your G&T.

You will have access to the entire property inside and out. There is a shared driveway to neighbouring properties, please park in the allocated parking spaces.

Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay (8-minute walk) and Lorenzen Bay (10-minute walk) are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.
Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing.
The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.
Do as much or as little as you want – the choice is yours. Raglan is a fantastic holiday destination any time of year.
The house is two-storied with the kitchen and dining area on the second floor. There is an internal staircase and external stairs from the deck down to the garden area.
Bedroom 4 is an internal room, but accessed via the garage.
This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day.
There is a double garage available for use and to secure storage of sporting equipment and includes a full automatic laundry (washing machine and dryer). There is also parking for 2 cars at the front of the property.
Please note - the outdoor firepit is not operational, the image is to show this part of the outdoor space and seating area.
All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate.
Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.
For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.
All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.
We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder) or an additional charge of $25 per bag will be applied for disposal.
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.
Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street. Sorry but we are unable to host pets.
Strictly no smoking indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please do so responsibly and remove butts from the property on departure.

Our cancellation policy offers a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that you receive 50% of the booking plus cleaning fee, less the first night.
