Very exclusive, private and well maintained villa / finca on Monte Pego (near Denia) with stunning harbor Berg.- & sea views to the bay of Valencia. With very exclusive and luxurious finishes, lots of charm and attention to detail with all the amenities for the perfect holiday for you, family and friends!
With very much love to detail and charm of this Villa / Finca Anno Domini 1994 by the then German architect and owners was planned and completed and used as a private property only by him and his wife. Particular attention was paid to a very high quality construction and a uniform line in the design. Dark wood beams, white walls and terracotta tiles shape the typical Spanish style villa Finca. Many extras such as a fitness Pavilion in the garden with antique wood stove, a small Wellness & Spa bathhouse with hot tub (whirlpool only active in winter) and a shower, a secluded saltwater -Pool about 9x5m, 1 fish ponds and a beautiful BBQ round the to the smallest detail thoughtful property from. On 2 floors, the villa Finca has a main apartment (living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool bath, dressing room, sep. WC, a large kitchen, utility room, a covered terrace) and a guest apartment en suite (living-bedroom, shower-toilet and a kitchen cupboard). Another apartment is accessible from the outside and can be used by two people as an extra bedroom, bodega / dressing room, living room and bathroom. Of particular note, the property is beautifully situated at the end of a road with marvelous view of the sea and the mountains. The garden (old waxed) was, as well as the house, lovingly designed and divided into different planting areas, consisting of a rose garden, vines, Ginkobäumen, palms, pomegranate, Sica, coconut uva m. Even the practical part is not neglected in this Villa. A large garage and utility room with washer, Wäschedrockner and Gefier.- fridge is also available. In the summer months, the Villa / Finca is pleasantly cool due to their construction. In addition, always blowing through the hillside a slight breeze from the sea. During winter, the lying behind the Villa / Finca hill hold from the colder winds. As the house is equipped with a gas / central heating and a large fireplace, it is open all year to inhabit. In particular vacationers who would like to spend your Christmas in Spain, come here at your expense.

Erholungsoase mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Bezaubernde Villa mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer. Sehr geschmackvoll, originell und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit dem schönen Pool und den Sonnenuntergängen auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Jörg ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der stets erreichbar war. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Vorab: Unser Vermieter, Jörg Brokhausen, bewohnt das Haus den größten Teil des Jahres selbst. Das merkt man deutlich, alles ist gepflegt und wird bestens in Schuss gehalten. Wir haben eine Unterkunft für zwei befreundete Familien gesucht. Unsere Freunde haben ihre beiden Töchter mitgebracht, wir unseren volljährigen Sohn. Die Aufteilung in drei Wohnungen war für uns genau richtig. Unsere Freunde haben die Hauptwohnung oben genutzt, unser Sohn hat sich über seine Privatsphäre in der kleinsten Einheit gefreut und meine Frau und ich haben die dritte Wohnung genutzt. Somit hatten wir die perfekte Mischung aus gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und gleichzeitig Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in den privaten Bereich. Die Wohnungen, die kompletten Außenanlagen und der Garten entsprechen sehr gut den Fotos und Videos. Alles ist vorhanden und gepflegt. Einzelnen Stühlen und Tischen und der Hängematte im Garten sieht man an, dass sie nicht mehr ganz neu sind, aber das war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool ist wunderbar, war mit ca. 27° angenehm warm und trotzdem erfrischend. Die Dusche im Poolhaus funktioniert prima und wurde häufig genutzt. Ebenso die zahlreichen Liegen incl. der vorhandenen Auflagen. Für Schatten sorgen eine Menge Markisen. Zur Inneneinrichtung kann gesagt werden, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben - mit einer Ausnahme: In der großen Wohnung würden wir uns eine zusätzliche Klimaanlage für den Wohn-/Essbereich wünschen. Dort ist nur das große Schlafzimmer klimatisiert. Aufgrund der Größe der Wohnung, reicht das aber nicht für den ganzen Bereich. Tatsächlich ist das Problem aber übersichtlich - wir haben ausschließlich draußen gesessen und gegessen und so gut es ging gelüftet. Ein Highlight ist die moderne Küche mit indirekter Beleuchtung, Induktionsherd und automatischem Eiswürfelbereiter im Gefrierschrank. Sie wurde regelmäßig genutzt, wenngleich wir abends auch häufig außer Haus gegessen haben. Hier sei - zumindest im August - geraten, rechtzeitig Tische zu reserviere. Für sieben Personen haben wir typischerweise einige Tage Vorlauf benötigt... Das war unabhängig davon, ob wir im schweizer Restaurant in der Wohnanlage oder in einem Restaurant in Denia essen wollten und vermutlich der eher großen Gruppe geschuldet. Jörg selbst war jederzeit gut per Mail und WhatsApp erreichbar. Er antwortet freundlich und sehr schnell, gibt Tipps und hilft nach Kräften. Fazit: Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer Wohlfühlumgebung.

Superb retreat and views

From the start - easy booking and pleasant contact with Jorg. Flexible to meet us on the first day and a short tour with some tips / information as well, answering all our silly questions and really straight forward. The house itself is brilliant, a lovely place to be both inside and out. The features, art, furnishings etc are all lovely but the main thing, the most important - it's a well equipped property. You are not dealing with only 4 cups, 4 plates etc...no - it's got everything you need so you can live nicely whilst you're there. Fantastic. The pool, the views, the BBQ, the terrace, the gardens - all of it is just perfect. We stayed for two weeks and had family members we've not seen in a year come and join at different times - this place was perfect for it. Quiet in the hills, no noise, just peace and the most amazing sunsets you can imagine. If you want busy nightlife and restaurants nearby then there will be other options, we never bothered exploring this idea as we wanted the privacy and relaxing time the villa offered. Pego nearby is very pretty, Denia less so but there are loads of supermarkets etc within 10mins. Genuinely astounded we got a place like this such last minute and for what feels like a very reasonable and fair price compared to less high quality properties we were reviewing. Jorg was in touch a few times during our stay to check in, always really pleasant and made leaving really early on the final day a breeze. We will absolutely look at booking again in the future and want to thank Jorg again for being a superb host and welcoming us into such a wonderful home.

Magnifique maison et séjour

Jörg est un hôte attentionné et discret. Sa maison vous fait voyager : vous êtes en Espagne, mais vous pouvez vous imaginer en Grèce face au bleu du ciel, de la mer et de la piscine ou en Toscane, le soir, face au pierres dorées et à la végétation à l'avant de la maison. Ganesh et Shiva vous emmėneront bien plus loin...mais nous vous laissons la surprise ! A l' intérieur, observez chaque fenêtre : chacune vous offre un magnifique tableau ! Enfin, tout est d'une parfaite propreté et l'équipement est complet.

Pictures of villa don’t do the justice! It’s beautiful and has everything you need ! Superb views and very relaxing . Jorg was always quick to answer any queries we had . One tip .. hire a car ! You’ll need to for shopping and getting to the nearest towns .

Perfektes Quartier, tolle Lage und Aussicht, ideal für Mehrgenarationen-Urlaub!!!

Alles ist so, wie beschrieben. Die Bilder vermitteln nur einen Eindruck - die Wirklichkeit ist ganz wunderbar. Das Haus sehr großzügig und geräumig, die Apartments ebenso, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, die Aussicht phänomenal, der Pool hat eine ansprechende Größe. Jörg war immer erreichbar und hat bei Fragen umgehend reagiert! Kleine Anregung: ein Kinderstuhl im Haus wäre nicht schlecht. 5 Sterne mit Sternchen!

Très belle vue

Villa disposant d'une très belle vue. Espace repas extérieur bien agencé. Beau jardin. Petit bemol, la climatisation n'est pas disponible dans toutes les pièces (seul une chambre et son petit salon, ainsi qu'un des appartements, en disposent). Nous avons été très déçus que l'on nous demande 500 € supplémentaires si nous amenions un enfant de plus.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Punkte geben...

...denn wenn ich eine ehrliche Bewertung abgebe sinkt die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass dieses Objekt das nächste Mal wenn ich buchen möchte noch frei ist auf ein Minimum. Jeder kennt die Situation, wenn man Profi-Bilder eines Objektes im Internet sieht, man dieses dann bucht und beim Betreten am Urlaubsbeginn dann etwas enttäuscht feststellt: Ja, es ist schön, aber die Bilder haben doch etwas anderes versprochen. So erging es uns hier auch... Allerdings, hier war es umgekehrt. Die Bilder versprachen viel. Die Realität hat aber die hohen Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen... Man tritt ein und staunt. Die Einrichtung ein Mix aus Modern Art und Tradition. Nie aufgesetzt, sondern alles harmonisch und geschmackvoll. Der Blick beim Betreten der Terrasse lässt einen staunen, verharren und schweigen... Grandios! Das Haus mit seiner Hauptwohnung und den beiden Appartements lassen viel Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch bei 6-8 Personen zu. Der traumhaft schöne Garten bot selbst nach 3 Wochen Urlaub noch die eine oder andere überraschende Entdeckung. Und dann der Pool... einmal rein... nie wieder raus... mit Sicht vom Gebirge links, über die Bucht von Valencia in der Mitte, bis hin nach Denia rechts. Man denkt sich immer wieder: Zwick mich ich träume! Es ist einfach alles da was man braucht um einen traumhaften und PERFEKTEN Urlaub zu erleben. Wenn jetzt wenigstens der Besitzer ein arroganter Schnösel gewesen wäre... Aber nein... selbst dieser ist einfach nur der perfekte Gastgeber. Lieber Jörg, Danke für eine unvergessliche Zeit, die wir in deiner Finca verbringen durften. Wir vermissen sie jetzt (nach 3 Tagen) schon. Hoffentlich bis bald. Mina, Marie und Stefan
