Tenuta Margherita - Salento Reservation is a wonderful newly built villa, able to guarantee a completely relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort, in a strategic position to reach all the most sought after destinations in Salento, able to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. Located in Racale, it is just 3 km from the sea of the Torre Suda marina, characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced, and not far from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli.
The Estate consists of a kitchenette with dining table and chairs and TV, a living room furnished with a relaxation area and two sofas including a double sofa bed and two additional single beds, an air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom with shower in the room, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed where it is possible to stay with an adult and a child up to ten years old, with a bathroom with box in the room, a laundry room, an equipped covered veranda, with garden furniture and wood-burning barbecue; the outdoor area also includes a very comfortable outdoor shower.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
